Geometry Difficulty 3.0 AMC 10/12 Prove it Canada

Three congruent isosceles triangles DAODAO, AOBAOB and OBCOBC have AD=AO=OB=BC=10AD = AO = OB = BC = 10 and AB=DO=OC=12AB = DO = OC = 12. These triangles are arranged to form trapezoid ABCDABCD, as shown. Point PP is on side ABAB so that OPOP is perpendicular to ABAB. What is the length of OPOP? Explain how you got your answer.
