Jarek multiplies a number by 3 and gets an answer of 90. If instead, he divides the number by 3, what answer does he get?

Solution

Since $PQ$ is a straight line segment, the three angles given sum to $180\degree$ .
That is, $90\degree+x\degree+20\degree=180\degree$ or $x\degree=180\degree-90\degree-20\degree$ or $x=70$ .
