Algebra Difficulty 3.0 AMC 10/12 Prove it Canada

The parabola y=x22x+4y = x^2 - 2x + 4 is translated pp units to the right and qq units down. The xx-intercepts of the resulting parabola are 33 and 55. What are the values of pp and qq?
