The year 2000 is a leap year. The year 2100 is not a leap year. The following are the complete rules for determining a leap year: (i) Year YY is not a leap year if YY is not divisible by 4. (ii) Year YY is a leap year if YY is divisible by 4 but not by 100. (iii) Year YY is not a leap year if YY is divisible by 100 but not by 400. (iv) Year YY is a leap year if YY is divisible by 400. How many leap years will there be from the years 2000 to 3000 inclusive?
