Geometry Difficulty 3.0 AMC 10/12 Prove it Canada

A flagpole $FP$ is $20$ metres tall. From point $A$ on the flat ground, the angle of elevation to the top of the flagpole is $40^\circ$ . If $B$ is halfway from $A$ to $F$ , what is the measure of $\angle FBP$ , to the nearest degree?
