Algebra Difficulty 1.0 Junior Prove it Canada

Points BB, CC, and DD lie on a line segment AEAE, as shown. The line segment AEAE has 4 basic sub-segments ABAB, BCBC, CDCD, and DEDE, and 10 sub-segments: ABAB, ACAC, ADAD, AEAE, BCBC, BDBD, BEBE, CDCD, CECE, and DEDE. The super-sum of AEAE is the sum of the lengths of all of its sub-segments. If AB=3AB = 3, BC=6BC = 6, CD=9CD = 9, and DE=7DE = 7, determine the lengths of the 10 sub-segments, and calculate the super-sum of AEAE.
