Let ABCABC be an acute triangle. Points BB' and CC' are located on the interior of sides ABAB and ACAC, respectively. Let MM denote the second intersection of the circumcircles of triangles ABCABC and ABCAB'C', while let NN denote the second intersection of the circumcircles of triangles ABCABC' and ABCAB'C. Reflect MM across lines ABAB and ACAC, and let ll denote the line through the reflections.
