How many ways can you place 1010 identical balls in 33 baskets of different colors if it is possible for a basket to be empty?

This is a problem of distributing 1010 identical balls into 33 distinct baskets, where baskets may be empty.

The number of ways is given by the stars and bars formula:
(10+3131)=(122)=66. \binom{10 + 3 - 1}{3 - 1} = \binom{12}{2} = 66.

So, there are 6666 ways.
