(C) x22x+2x^{2}-2 x+2.
(D) x24x^{2}-4.

[Solution] x4+4=x4+4x2+44x2=(x2+2)24x2x^{4}+4=x^{4}+4 x^{2}+4-4 x^{2}=\left(x^{2}+2\right)^{2}-4 x^{2} =(x2+2x+2)(x22x+2)=\left(x^{2}+2 x+2\right)\left(x^{2}-2 x+2\right).

Therefore, the answer is (C)(C).
