Algebra Difficulty 1.9 Junior Find the answer

19+116=\sqrt{\frac{1}{9}+\frac{1}{16}}=
(A) 15\textrm{(A)}\ \frac{1}5(B) 14\textrm{(B)}\ \frac{1}4(C) 27\textrm{(C)}\ \frac{2}7(D) 512\textrm{(D)}\ \frac{5}{12}(E) 712\textrm{(E)}\ \frac{7}{12}

Multiple choice: answer with the letter of the option you want.

Solution

19+116=25916=512\sqrt{\frac{1}{9}+\frac{1}{16}}=\sqrt{\frac{25}{9\cdot 16}}=\frac{5}{12} and hence the answer is D\fbox{D}.
