What is the difference between the largest and smallest numbers in the list 0.023,0.302,0.203,0.320,0.0320.023,0.302,0.203,0.320,0.032?

Solution

We write the list in increasing order: 0.023,0.032,0.203,0.302,0.3200.023,0.032,0.203,0.302,0.320. The difference between the largest and smallest of these numbers is 0.3200.023=0.2970.320-0.023=0.297.
