Algebra Difficulty 1.9 Junior Find the answer

If x=3x=3, y=2xy=2x, and z=3yz=3y, what is the value of zz?

A number or a short expression. Fractions can be typed as 3/2, and spacing doesn't matter.

Solution

Since x=3x=3 and y=2xy=2x, then y=23=6y=2 \cdot 3=6. Since y=6y=6 and z=3yz=3y, then z=36=18z=3 \cdot 6=18.
