Geometry Difficulty 3.0 AMC 10/12 Find the answer United Kingdom

Omar marks a sequence of 12 points on a straight line beginning with a point OO, followed by a point PP with OP=1OP=1. He chooses the points so that each point is the midpoint of the two immediately following points. For example OO is the midpoint of PQPQ, where QQ is the third point he marks. What is the distance between the first point OO and the 12th point ZZ?
