is the probability that the integer selected is a perfect square?

The perfect squares are 12=11^2=1, 22=42^2=4, 32=93^2=9, and so on.

There are 1818 integers between 33 and 2020 inclusive.

Of these 1818 integers, only 22=42^2=4, 32=93^2=9 and 42=164^2=16 are perfect squares.

(We note that 12=11^2=1 and 52=255^2=25 are not among the integers
given.)

The probability of randomly selecting a perfect square from the integers
given is 318=16\dfrac{3}{18}=\dfrac{1}{6}.
