For a given quadrilateral A1A2B1B2A_1A_2B_1B_2 point PP is called phenomenal, if line segments A1A2A_1A_2 and B1B2B_1B_2 subtend the same angle at point PP (i.e. triangles PA1A2PA_1A_2 and PB1B2PB_1B_2 which can be also also degenerate have equal inner angles at point PP disregarding orientation).
