The convex polyhedron K\mathcal{K} has five vertices, AA, BB, CC, DD and EE. The line segment DEDE intersects the plane of the triangle ABCABC in the interior of the triangle. Show that K\mathcal{K} has an inscribed sphere – with being tangent to all six faces – if and only if the inscribed spheres of the terahedra ABCDABCD and ABCEABCE are tangent to each other.
