(3) Let the function f(x)=ax+bxf(x)=a|x|+\frac{b}{x} (where a,ba, b are constants), and f(2)=0f(-2)=0, f(x)f(x) has two intervals of monotonic increase. Find the relationship between aa and bb that satisfies the above conditions.
