Since 3=623 = \frac{6}{2} and 52<62\frac{5}{2}<\frac{6}{2}, then 52<3\frac{5}{2}<3.

Since 3=93 = \sqrt{9} and 9<10\sqrt{9}<\sqrt{10}, then 3<103 < \sqrt{10}.

Thus, 52<3<10\frac{5}{2}<3<\sqrt{10}, and so the list of the three numbers in order from smallest to largest is 52,3,10\frac{5}{2},3,\sqrt{10}.
