Evaluating, $(1+2+3)(1 + 12+13)\frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{3}) = 6(1 + 12+13)\frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{3}) = 6 + 62+63\frac{6}{2} + \frac{6}{3} = 6 + 3 + 2 = 11$.
