Let XX be the point such that RXOLR X O L is a rhombus. Note that line RXR X defines a line of symmetry on the pentagon LOVERL O V E R. Then by symmetry RXVER X V E is also a rhombus, so RX=OX=VX=23R X = O X = V X = 23. This makes XX the center of the circle, and the radius is 2323.
